Stylords Return Policy
Stylords Global Corporation offers its customers the facility to return goods and obtain a full Refund or Exchange for an item of the same value. This will be applicable within 15 days of delivery excluding return postage charges.
In the unlikely event if you find a fault in the item, we will refund in full excluding Return postage charges after inspection of the returned items. If on inspection we cannot find a fault we may return your purchase to you and prior to dispatch, we may charge you the delivery fee applicable to your location.
NOTE: Goods are returned at the customer's expense. Stylords Global Corporation recommends that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund/exchange has been processed.
Stylords Global Corporation will not pay for Custom Charges/Import duty. If there is a charge for us to collect the returns then we will refuse the parcel.
Once the returned item is received a refund will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account within 15 days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. Stylords Global Corporation is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Taking care of our goods
Upon receipt of your purchase please take care while trying them on and ensure that you do not damage the items or the packaging, in case you wish to return the item. For return or exchange, it must reach us in perfect condition.
Where you have failed to take the reasonable care of the item, whether in your possession or while returning them, we reserve the right to deduct the refund in full as a compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
Proof of Purchase
Returns & refunds will only be accepted with a receipt, dispatch note or another proof of purchase and clearly stating the reason for the return.
